Mehek, excellent article. I don’t think you should be reticent to criticize US politics because you don’t live there. During my travels, I’ve found that the people with the most insightful analysis on a nation’s culture, politics and government are those who live in another country. They often have a fresh, more objective view than the citizens of that nation. The best discussion I’ve had in years about the weaknesses in the US government came with a German restaurant owner in Munich.
