Terrific article. It takes a lot of courage to question a belief system that you’ve espoused that has gone astray. Your diagnosis and prescription were right on target. As for men, we seem to have become whiny underachievers. For ten thousand years, we dominated society, culture and economics. Now that the playing field is becoming more level, we have decided to take our ball, go home and sulk. We’re better than that.
