Terrific article that details the intentional cruelty of the Abbott administration. Nothing like bolstering gang violence, crime, poverty and the growth of a permanent underclass by barring such students from an education. I think Greg Abbott must have been struck by one of those windmill blades that he blamed for the power outage disaster last year 😁.
