I saw this video on C-SPAN and found it indeed insulting that instead of discussing transportation issues, the Republicans made it into another campaign ad to insist that Biden is mentally incompetent. Of course, Trump couldn't even ride a bike. He can't walk down a ramp, drink water with one hand, understand that his dementia test is not an IQ test, and know that Thomas Jefferson did not write the Constitution. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!
